For full time competitive dancers only, at the discretion of the Director.

Down Payment Option
|
|
|
For full time competitive dancers only, you may opt to make a down payment with subsequent payment arrangements. These arrangements must be made in advance with the Director.

Responsibility - Monthly and Down Payment Options
|
|
|
Monthly payment option and Down payment option are financing plans. You are responsible for amounts owing as per the instalment payment option, based on our cancellation policy.

Payment Methods Accepted
- Online via parent portal: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
- In Studio: cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac.
- E-transfer: payments can be sent to studio@wpgkidsetc.com, security question is ‘dance’ and security answer is ‘keymc52’.
Additional Charges
The following additional charges are applicable:
- A $30.00 charge will apply for any cheque returned for any reason (eg NSF), or credit card declined.
- A $20.00 charge will apply for any fees not received on date due.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt of written notification to withdraw from classes, our refund policy applies as follows:
- Prior to the commencement of classes a $25.00 registration fee is retained from the amount of the refund.
- Once classes have commenced but prior to the fourth scheduled class, a four class charge per class plus a $25.00 registration fee is retained from the amount of the refund.
- On or after the fourth scheduled class, no refunds are issued. Post-dated cheques or future VISA/MC installments will not be processed.
Costume
You will receive a costume invoice close to recital time. Recreational costume prices typically range from $55 – $105. Competitive costume prices typically range from $85 – $200.
Multi-class and Multi-student Discounts
Students enrolling in more than one class receive a 5% discount on additional classes. A family discount of 5% for each additional family member will be applied upon enrolment. Excludes workshop classes, and ballet exam classes.
